| description | Research theme of asset management are very limited in number, this
research is the application of the concept of asset management that is focused to
see an inventory system, use and develop alternative strategies asset utilization of
land and high school buildings owned/managed by the Department of Education
and Teaching Merauke 2010-2012. Object of this research in the Department of
Education and Teaching Merauke, ie covering the field assets secretariat, finance ,
parts and equipment and parts common SMA/SMK. 17 respondents sample was
determined by the method of Purpose Sampling, difficult to know for certain
assets controlled/owned by the Department of Education and Merauke caused
orderly realization of assets has not been well and properly, so it does not impact
on the development and optimal utilization of particular assets land and high
school buildings in the future.
This study was carried out aimed to assess (1) the inventory system and the
utilization of land assets and high school buildings owned/managed by the
Department of Education and Merauke district, (2) develop alternative strategies
asset utilization sma school land and buildings owned by the Department of
Education and Teaching Merauke, concluded that research results.
1. From interviews that aimed to determine the attitudes, opinions and perceptions
of the respondents were considered to understand and directly related to the
problems of this study was to assess the inventory system and utilization of land
assets and school buildings owned/managed by the Department of Education
and Merauke.
2. SWOT analysis of the results obtained from the exact solution for the
alternative asset utilization of land and buildings owned high
school/educational affairs managed Merauke is to optimize the efficiency and
effectiveness of goods belonging to the country/region. asset management area
of land and buildings at the high school satua regional work (on education)
Education and Teaching Merauke, in terms of identification, inventory, and
utilization of control. As a comparison to the needs of performance in Kaupaten
Merauke. Which uses guidelines Kemendagri No.17/2007 and the 2007
Indonesian Assessment Standards and the development of the Regional Goods
Management Information Systems (SIMBADA),the importance of completing
legal status of ownership/possession of the assets in stages, as well as asset
optimization strategy pengembanagan clear, well-planned and measurable. |
