| Summary: | Universitas Islam Indonesia�s Unisys is one of the information systems that is used as an online academic registration activities (KRS). Unisys is unique in its services delivery and treatments of its user capabilities. Then, there is a need to observe determination factors which affect the successful implementation of the online system. Based on literature study, DeLone and McLean model was selected to obtain the goals. Hypoteses tests proposed 5 factors, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, service delivery, and the ability of the user. The questionnaire results showed three successful indicators, where systems usage achieved 66%, user satisfaction achieved 59%, and individual effects achieved 65%. Hypoteses tests resulted service delivery as an influenced factor for the system usage and user satisfaction, The results also indicated user capability factor could not be concluded as factors that affected system usage and user satisfaction.
