application of sanctions for violations of the Government Regulation number 37 of
1998 article 32 paragraph (1).
This study is an empirical law the use of secondary data and primary data.
How to collect the data the empirical research is juridical law by reviewing
secondary data in the beginning by means of the study of documents which then
continued with the research the primary data in the field by means of interview
guides. Location of the research carried out in the City of Palangkaraya, Province of
Central Kalimantan. Sample / research subjects of the research are some resources
which consist of the Land Office of the City of Palangkaraya, Chairman of Regional
Honors Assembly and Regional Board of Official Land Deed Bonding (IPPAT) in
Palangkaraya while the data analysis which is used in this research is descriptive
qualitative i.e. data obtained of the study are presented descriptively and analyzed
qualitatively.
Based on the research results and discussion that has been done can be
concluded that the first based the Government Regulation number 37 of 1998
Regional Honors Assembly role in cracking down on infringement the withdrawal of
the fee is not clearly regulated however in Regulation of the Head of National Land
Agency number 1 of 2006 explained that offense the code of ethics (one of which
contains on breach of the fee) may lead to termination of Official Land Deed with no
respect involving roles from professional organizations. Second there has been
Official Land Deed which get administrative sanctions in the form of dismissal with
no respect related violations of article 32 paragraph 1 the Government Regulation
number 37 of 1998 of National Land Agency however there has been a Official Land
Deed who received a reprimand from professional organizations related to the
alleged violation of the Code particularly related violations of the honorarium which
is carried out by professional organizations as the Regional Honors Assembly of
Official Land Deed. As a mechanism in violation of the code of ethics hence the
name of Official Land Deed in violation will be listed in the register book violation
by a professional organization. |
