Description
Summary:This automatic of charger battery tool is very needed for charging the lithium-polymer battery or lithium-ion on electronic devices today. This study has been made a tool that serves to determine thevoltage and current value during charging. This tool uses a microcontroller ATMega328p as the central data processor. Voltage sensors are used in this system consist of a voltage divider is two resistors which serves to determine the value of charger voltage and battery voltage during charging. While the current sensor is used to determine the current value of charger and current battery during charging. CN36063 controller function as functions as a regulator of the charging current automatically based on the output capability of input power supply. Then for the voltage and current data storage using EEPROM. To display the data used in computer terminals connected to the microcontroller. These tools are designed have been able to determine the value of the battery voltage and charge current. In such systems, the data voltages and currents acquired every 30 seconds. At the time of testing the tool, the time to mengisibaterai vary based on the initial battery voltage. In this testing is done charging as much as seven times ie 3.7 volts with a charging time of 155 minutes, 143 minutes, 139 minutes, 140 minutes, 147 minutes and then 3.8 volt charging takes 86 minutes while at the state of the battery is 4.0 volts almost full charging takes 31 minutes.
