总结:This study aims to analyze influence of data collection, codefication/labelling, grouping, registration and reporting of fixed assets (land and building) on the optimization of regional asset management, and to analyze constrainting and supporting factors in the regional asset management, especially on inventory of fixed assets (land and building) of Pontianak Regency Government. Method of data collection in this study is survey method through questionnaire and interviews conducted at Local Government Work Units in the office of Pontianak Regency Government. The sample which was used consists of 60 respondents selected based on the method of purposive sampling. Analysis tools employed in this study were multiple linear regression and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, analysis result using multiple linier regression test together/simultancously indicated that all five variables, namely data collection, codefication/labeling, grouping, registration, and reporting of fixed asset (land and building) have positive influence and significant to optimization of regional asset management. This is proved by the value of F count > F-table. Individually, variables codefication/labelling and reporting are proved significantly influence optimization of regional asset management. This is proved by the value of t count > t-table and direction of the test results on the economic test. Meanwhile, based on the result of the SWOT analysis, it is known that local government has already had an information system in regional asset management, yet it has some constraints, namely human resource who are still less both in quantity and quality, availability of funds and inadequate infrastructure, commitment and work motivation is not optimal, and then the support of the people are still deficient in providing information about origins/history of land that has been owned by them. Implementation of inventory of fixed assets (land and building) are supported by regulation of legislation regarding the regional asset management, SIMBADA programs, Coaching of Local Staffing Agencies, the guidance of the Financial Exaiminers Board, as well as a positive attitude and the willingness of local governments to reform regional asset management to be better and optimal. Keywords: data collection, codefication/labelling, grouping, registration, reporting, optimization of asset management, multiple linier regression, SWOT analysis.
