High prices of the lands also make a crowded-village called slum area.
In particular, East Jakarta District is one of the city administration with the highest population in Jakarta. Cakung district is district with the highest population dentistry in East Jakarta that cause many slum area, especially in side-river, side-railway, and side- lake which should not be occupied. Theoretical studies to support the formulation of the concept are flats surverying, rental flats, and bioclimate architecture.
Flat building is one of the solutions based on policy of Jakarta in 2030. Bioclimate considerations in this planning are a response to the climate, building protection against climate, vegetation on site or in a building that is capable of controlling the thermal comfort in the building. In addition, to create a cheap flats, considerations such as efficeint structure, material selection, and optimal use of space become very important.
Flat building based on bioclimate architecture is the interaction between climate, environment, buildings, and the users so that they feel comfortable in flat building. In addition, the development of an efficient flats can make it as cheap flats that up right fit for habitation and use of community with mid to lower level. |
