writer has held detailed examination with main complications what are the
husban's reasons submit permission to polygamy and judges consideration in that
case. From the consideration which has been inspected by the writer, there ware
some reaasons a husband submit to polygamy, that the wife does not utter
generation, the wife does not bring out obligation as a wife because intruding
onphysical orpsychological. A husband has got intouch as like hasband-wife and
has pregnanted 7th mounth, a husband has got intouch as like husband-wife but
not pregnant, and the wife does not make husband satisfied of husband biological
coll with that teason.
The reason can be classified into two: According on article and not
according into article.the judge consideration which used is comply with a request
to prereqierement cumulative and alternative too. If the implorer does not fullfil
alternative prerequirement than the judge decide with using regarding 3 verse 2
rulles number 1 on 1974. That is the court is able to give Permission to a husband
for marriage more than on if it is wished by relation side such was the case with
benefit cosideration whereas the pregnant of candidate wife the judge uses
fiqhiyah rules that the meaning is refused the nasty first better than take benefit. |
