Summary: | This study aims to analyze the implementation of fixed asset management
(land and buildings) NTT Provincial Government by using Importance
Performance Analysis (IPA) and how strategies should be applied in optimizing
the management of the implementation of fixed assets (land and buildings)
Provincial Government of East Nusa Tenggara using SWOT analysis. This study
used purposive sampling with the number of respondents 35 respondents.
The results of the analysis of the level of importance (importance), which
was ranked first variable is the variable after the budget set list of requirements
and a list of local property maintenance needs local property used as the basis for
the procurement and maintenance of 4.4000 with a mean and mode 4 (important).
Variables that were ranked last is variable asset utilization of land and buildings
have been according to their distribution with mean 3.8857 and mode 4
(important). The results of the analysis of the level of performance (performance),
the highest ranked variable is assigned a list of variables after the budget needs of
the region's property and goods belonging to the list maintenance requirements as
basis for the implementation of local procurement and maintenance with mean
3.7714 and mode 4 (good). Variables are the lowest ranked of all assets is variable
use of land and buildings has been optimized with a mean 3.1714 and mode 3
(pretty good). Strategies to be done in improving the management of the
implementation of fixed assets (land and buildings) NTT Provincial Government
is to maximize the use of SIMBADA, certify land assets that have not been
certified, improve the quality of human resources employees, take legal action for
those who grab the land and buildings owned assets NTT Provincial Government,
as well as optimize asset utilization cooperation land and buildings with a third
party through a more vigorous advertising.
