Summary: | This study aims to determine the role of achievement motivation, interpersonal
confidence, and perceived organizational support employees to work stress. Subjects
were 100 permanent employees at the XY. The instrument is used as a means of
collecting data in this study is achievement motivation, interpersonal trust, perceived
organizational support employees, and stress kerja.Data analyzed by multiple
regression analysis models. The results showed that the support organizations and
achievement motivation that can predict the perceived employee job stress (F =
61.679, p<0.01) with the effective contribution of perceived organizational support
variables of employees is 55,5% and amounting achievement motivation 0,04%.
However, interpersonal trust that can not predict the perceived employee job stress.
