| Summary: | Indonesia is one of developing countries. It is indicated with relatively low income.
Its population welfare is still medium-low level and increasing unemployment. The
condition affects Indonesian economy. Government should deal with the phenomena by
providing easiness in establishing business, security, and enjoyment for people business. It
suit government authority as state administration such as make decision in license. In
trading field, it is trade business license (SIUP).
Related to above description, author has opportunity to do internship inlicense
service office of Sleman Regency. Author tried to participate in providing best service for
people according to predetermined procedure so business investment may run well due to
fulfillment of supporting license such as SIUP.
Result of the internship indicated that application procedure for trade business
license in Sleman License Service Office in processing state has not maximal yet due to it
is only as front office. In other side, Sleman License Service Office has aided in providing
service and information according what people need in relation to SIUP application. In the
future, Sleman License Service Office is expected to be integrated license service so
people have more access in applying SIUP.
