accuracy and appropriateness for comparison by using the T-Test test so as to
know how much customer satisfaction with products Milk Pasteurization and
conformance quality of services provided by employees of the company by using
the concept of marketing science analysis 7P.
From the measurement of customer satisfaction, it is known that the
