that can provide benefits to the community is the management of natural resources
as a tourist attraction and handling companies relentlessly from upstream to
downstream. One company that is engaged in Farm Industries 3 and Agro
Tourism 4 Indonesia is PT Kepurun Pawana often referred to as PT KPI.
The company has a product that is favored by the visitors Agrowisata but
still has aspects that are lacking by comparison Pasteurized milk product standards
in the packaging so the authors are interested in the theme of measuring customer
satisfaction KPI based PT Agro Test Scoring method. Interval is 0.8 tested the
accuracy and appropriateness for comparison by using the T-Test test so as to
know how much customer satisfaction with products Milk Pasteurization and
conformance quality of services provided by employees of the company by using
the concept of marketing science analysis 7P.
From the measurement of customer satisfaction, it is known that the
Pasteurized Milk products in demand by most consumers but still require
evaluation in terms of packaging design, place and promotion aspects of the
services performed by employees of PT KPI itself. While the average value of the
results of testing validity of all items worth> 0.361 and reliability testing can be
seen that the value of Cronbach's Alpha is 0, 861, and from each of the questions
were analyzed no indication of consumer dissatisfaction in items 1,3,7, and 8 so
that a much needed improvement efforts related to the criteria in the statement that
the company can provide the product that best fits Milk Pasteurization standards
and consumer expectations. |
