| Summary: | The development of information and communication technology has changed
many things in human life. A form that change is exploiting a blog to earn money.
In other words, using blogs as a job. This study was conducted to see how the
benefits of the Internet to learning in particular careers development of a blogger.
Phenomenological and biography approach conducted in this study
by involving 4 resource persons. The results of this study indicate three reasons
why a blogger should learning to be able developing his career as a blogger. The
first reason blogs skills not taught in formal education. The second reason a
blogger should be able to adjust to the rapid changes. The third reason a blogger
must learning to be able win the competition so as to obtain the optimal of income
from his job as a blogger. In this study, researchers found there seven individual
characteristics that can help the success of career and learning process of
bloggers. The seventh characteristics are good self-regulation, strong motivation,
independence, a sense of grateful, optimism, vision and good inisitaif, and spirit
of abstinence surrender. Findings in this research learning process absolutely
must be done in order to be a successful blogger, learning ways conducted the
bloggers is done by informal learning using access and content digital in the
internet. 4 unique ways learning conducted the bloggers in this study include: 1
learning by using digital content. 2 bloggger learning via forums. 3 blogger
learning by developing networking. 4 learning on the competition in the search
engine rankings. 4 ways of learning the bulk of the process is done by utilizing
the internet and shown to contribute significantly in the development of the career
of a blogger. 4 ways learned the process carried out by using internet and proved
to contribute significantly in development of career bloggers.
