Summary: | The goal of this research is to examine the factors that affect land values.
The land area, distance to the main road land, offices nearest distance to the
ground, and the ground distance to the Central Business District (CBD) is a
variable which is used as the factors that determine the value of the land.
This study uses cross section data to the data of land owned by the
Government of Papua Province in the District North Jayapura, Jayapura
Municipality. The variables in this study covers a land area, distance to the main
road ground, ground distance to the nearest office, ground distance to the CBD,
and the value of the land. The data variables were observed in this study were
obtained from two sources (secondary) who has the authority and direct
responsibility for the collection and publication, obtained from the Finance and
Asset Management Agency Regions (BPKAD) Papua Province. Analysis of the
data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of the study concluded that: (1) land area does not
affect the value of land assets in Papua Provincial Government of District North
Jayapura, Jayapura Municipality
