| Summary: | The letters managements was recording processed which conducted with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Upms III of Bandung Branch. So many letters stimulated that the recording process was in-optimal. The data searching was inefficient that it had used the Microsoft Excel. Many documents and their variation need to be created such system which could cover these data.
Based on this facts, it had built the Information System of Letters Managements in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Upms III of Bandung Branch based on the C# Desktop that could manage the letters and reports. This system was created with C# programming, Visual Studio software, MySQL data base, Crystal Report of reports performed. This system included incoming letters, letters managements, letters performed and reports performed.
