only collected or dumped. Odor from the decomposition of waste organic material
can be disturbing people around of the farm location. Research about the
management of excreta of quail farm with fermentation technology used as an
alternative source of protein feedstuff is important because this technology is
believed to be able to minimize the presence of waste and to produce product
with crude protein content, and digestibility levels of the protein are better than
the original matter, so it has potential economic benefits that can support
sustainable development.
