ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN MUZAKKI TERHADAP LEMBAGA ZAKAT (Studi Lembaga Zakat PKPU Yogyakarta)

there is basically no reason for Muslims not to issue a charity. One way that can
be taken in distributing zakat Muslims is to pay the zakat institution. Many charity
organizations have been established in Indonesia. One charity organization there
is Zakat Institution PKPU. The number of charity organizations exist to make the
zakat institution strives to be the best. This is exactly what will be seen in this
study.
In this study wanted to look at the factors influence satisfaction muzakki
(people who distribute zakat) to the institution of zakat PKPU. In addition, this
study also wanted to see the most influence sub variable muzakki satisfaction. The
purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence satisfaction and also
analyze sub variable muzakki most affect satisfaction muzakki. This study uses
regression analysis simple calculation with the equation Y = f(X1) with the results
of Y=a+bX1 and Y= f(X2) with the results of Y=a+bX2. Further analysis to see
the dominant factor calculation using multiple regression equation Y=f(V1,V2,V3,
....V18).
The results of this study were (1) there is a strong influence on the quality of
services to the satisfaction muzakki PKPU Zakat Institutions as indicated by the
significant value of 0.000, (2) there is a strong influence of the belief in Zakat
Institutions PKPU muzakki satisfaction as indicated by the significant value of
0,000, (3) quality of service sub variable dominant influence muzakki satisfaction
is subvariabel V17, namely the amil zakat can communicate well, (4) the belief
that the dominant influence subvariabel muzakki satisfaction is subvariabel V39
belief muzakki the PKPU management system in managing zakat. |
