Summary:The construction industry is a project based industry which have a different procedure between one project to another. The constraction industry has been identified as one of the most unsustainable industrial and there is increasing awareness of the need for improvement. Knowledge management is central to the sustainability debate. Knowledge management promotes continuos improvement of performance in the industry(Robinson et al,-). The contruction industry requires a benchmarking process that will be used to measure the implementation of knowledge management. This process will help company to take an evaluation to improve a performance of knowledge management. The general objective of this research is to create a measurement model of knowledge management maturity that can be used as a benchmarking process between constraction industry in Indonesia. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The methods are exploratory factor analysis and linear regression. Exploratory factor analysis is used to simplify the data sets to be more concise. While the linear regression is used to find the relationshop between application of knowledge management with the company�s performance. The results of research found that the construction industry in Indonesia are 40% implemented a knowledge management at maturity level 4, 28% implemented at level 3, 20% implemented at maturity level 5 and 13% implemented at level 2. The results of linear regression showed that there is a relationship between the implementaion of knowledge management in the company with the performance of the company. The higher maturity level of implementation knowledge management is directly proportional to the higher performance of the company.
