coaching Army soldiers. Candidates for admission process of the selection of a noncommissioned
officer in the Military District was conducted by Jaya Ajendam current
nominee to obtain predetermined criteria without reducing the quantity and quality of the
selection results (Recruitment). The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of
the selection of candidates for admission in Military District Officer, knowing the obstacles
encountered in the implementation of the selection of candidates for admission NCO in the
Army Military District as well as to determine the effectiveness of selection acceptance
candidate NCO in the Army Military District, so can be improved.
This study uses a qualitative research method commonly used in social sciences research are
trying to do the description and interpretation of the meaning of symptoms that occur in
enrollment Officer at Military District. This method emphasizes the collection and analysis of
data written (study archive / library) and revealed. The method used in analyzing the data is
descriptive analysis method. This method aims to provide an overview of the object under
study through the data and the facts as they are.
In order EFFECTIVENESS in the implementation process of candidate selection NCO, it is
necessary to change / modification of operational procedures Petty Officer Candidate
Selection admission, through: the implementation of the campaign / information /
publication, which contains an explanation of the material to be tested |
