Summary:Goals to be achieved in this thesis is to estimate the extent of knowing the motivation of students to participate in fights between schools in Jakarta Sealatan Bulungan area, the cause of the fight between high school students Bulungan area of South Jakarta often happens, and Knowing impact student fights against peace and good order in the context of citizen Bulungan resiliency. The study uses quantitative and qualitative methods, with secondary data collection from the South Jakarta District of Kebayoran Baru, KPAI, SMAN 6 and SMAN 70 and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) South Jakarta Provincial Government. To complement the qualitative data the authors apply quantitative methods in research interviews with the competent parties, so as to further clarify the content of this thesis. The results showed that, in the region of a brawl between Bulungan South Jakarta often occur because of their high sense of solidarity and the influence of the other groups, but misused by parties who are not responsible, not mutual respect among other friends of the school, they also have their region respectively in the environment outside the school as a gathering place, so if there are other students who entered the school they often trigger a brawl between. Resulted in a brawl between the peace and order in the area of South Jakarta Bulungan. Keywords: Fights between students, Peace and Order, Regional Resilience
