This Field Working Practice is intended to fulfill requirement for graduation from Diploma 3 Law Program, Vocational School, Gadjah Mada University and to obtain degree Ahli Madya Hukum and to obtain factual experience in field about process and authority of religious court, to develop theories obtained in class compared with real practice and obtain primary and secondary data related to prodeo.
Based on the theme, author determines problem of Procedure of Prodeo Application in divorce petition. The result indicated that people that are not able to file lawsuit in court can apply prodeo. Particularly in divorce petition case in religious court. The applicant should submit lawsuit document, prodeo application, copy of ID validated in Post Office (Rp 6000 stamp), copy of Marriage Book validated in Post Office (Rp 6000 stamp), original Marriage book, Statement letter from RT-RW-Village (concerning) lawsuit), certificate of disadvantage from Lurah validated by head of district and other documents such as Jamkesmas/Jamkesda/Askeskin may be submitted to registrar for registration. The plaintiff waits if the prodeo application accepted or rejected. When the applicant is proved disadvantaged, the case file is processed but when he/she is not proved disadvantaged the plaintiff should pay cash advance. The case will not be processed when the plaintiff have not paid the cash advance yet. Prodeo will make disadvantaged people to file lawsuit in court without worry about case expense. |
