Summary:Toxoplasmosis is one of zoonotic disease, caused by the parasite Toxoplasma gondii. Toxoplasmosis spreads throughout the world and affects almost all warm-blooded vertebrate animals, including humans, birds, and cats as the definitive host of Toxoplasma gondii. The experts reported a sporadic incidence of toxoplasmosis in chickens, although it�s generally latent and subclinical. This research aims to determine the effect of Toxoplasma gondii infection on levels of hemoglobin and hematocrit values in chickens. A total of 26 chickens used in this research and were divided into 3 groups
