| Summary: | This final exam elucidates the regulation of medical records at RSUD
Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The arrangement of medical records was
implemented inorder to establish a good operational activities in the instance. The
process of the arrangement includes medical records filing, medical records
recovery, medical records loaning along with tools and infrastructure proponent of
medical records.
The data collection towards the making of this report is using three
methods, including participant observation, interview and literature study.
Participant observation is used for claiming solid data in accordance with the
existing condition at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The
interview is implemented directly with the medical records staff. Literature study
is implemented by examining books, articles and other sources which are
supporting the process of conducting this final exam about medical records
regulation.
The conclusion of this final exam report is that the medical records at
RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is implemented entirely well, it is
also facilitated with sufficient tools and infrastructure. There should be
improvements on the medical records maintenance along with the appropriate
regulations noticing that there are several medical records equipment which are
out of order.
