description | Electricity demand in various regions in Indonesia increased along with the rapid growth of population , economic , industrial , and residential . To meet the demand for ever-increasing burden , and the addition of plant - channel high-voltage transmission line is an absolute thing to do . Airways or the extra high voltage 500 kV SUTET known as one of the electrical infrastructure has an important role in electrical energy distribution system of Java , Madura , and Bali . The method used in this research are spatial methods to measure the magnetic field and electric field at a distance of 45 meters to the left and to the right of the center channel with a height measuring devices are varied .With a series of measurements carried out , it can be obtained some data of the parameters and variables of the study leading to the purpose of this study , of the data processing will be known distribution of the magnetic field and electric field under andongan on SUTET 500 kV . From the results of his study concluded that the highest values of the magnetic field of 6.303 mikroTesla tend to belower than that of the safety limit set by the IRPA mikroTesla at 100 fo r24 hours per day in the general environment, another case with the electric field, the highest value of 23.21 under andongan kV/m well above the safe limit set by the IRPA at 5kV/m for24 hours per day in the general environment.
