| Summary: | Bandung is one of the fourth largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta, Surabaya and
Medan. Government of Bandung overcome the problem of limited land for settlements by
developing building for apartment blocks to reduce the density and incidence of slums due
to increasing population. Sarijadi Flats is one of the first condominium located in the city
of Bandung. The existence of this public housing development helped reduce the burden of
Bandung in the provision of homes for people, especially for the lower-middle income. This
study aims to determine the dominant factors that affect the movement of non-occupant of
the apartment to apartment, and knowing the socio-economic conditions of the inhabitants
after moving into the apartment. The method used in this research is a qualitative method |
