Summary:It has created prototype of peristaltic pump which is based on microcontroller AtMega 16 which is designed to fill vessel whose colored water and to be expected that the water which will be expelled from the pump much less likely there will be contamination such as herbal medicine industry. The function of this peristaltic pump is to be used to pump every liquid. The system consists of Microcontroller Atmega 16, Motor Servo Continues 360, button, and elastic pipe to flow the water to the vessel that displayed on LCD. The design peristaltic pump uses Continues Servo Motor 360, button,elastic pipe,and microcontrol atmega16,that displayed on LCD. to operate the program pump used by Bascom AVR and the system is able to implement the red fluid fulfillment system with elastic hose as valve of the pump. The Continues Servo Motor is as the controller of stimulus which is pressing the elastic hose, and the button is used as the timer determinant of servo rotation with time range minute, second, and millisecond and the servo speed starts from 1, 5, and 8, so it is able to make water droplets with the different mili content.
