prosecution has a good role where writers can learn and apply knowledge
appropriately. Many activities can be done by studying directly at the Attorney
office especially in the High Attorney of Yogyakarta Special Region. Interneship
Program undertaken has the objective that students gain experience working in the
field, students can qualify for the required assessment in the lecture. As a state
institution in the field of prosecution, prosecutor has a vital role in handling a
criminal offense in general. General crime is one that is handled by the prosecutor
one of which is the crime of embezzlement. Embezzlement is a crime in which the
misuse / misappropriation of others' trust in which the object is initially owned
instead by the wrong way. The case management process begins with the stages in
the police ( Investigation Case , summons , arrest , detention , search and seizure )
while the process is carried out at the prosecutor's office is divided into pre-
prosecution , prosecution and transfer of a case tocourt. Defendant Triyanto al .
Bin Suharto was sentenced by the District Court Sleman for 1 year 6 months
lighter than the threat indicted that for 2 years and a maximum penalty of
acceptable under Article 372 of the Penal Code for 4 years in prison . |
