The purpose of this field study is to collect data about facilities and infrastructure
usedto manage inactiverecords.
The methods of data collecting are interview, observation, and literatur.
Interview to person on charge in inactive records of Subbagian Tata Usaha
Kantor Pertanahan Kota Yogyakarta. Observation employees daily activities of
inactive records. Literature with relevant sources and another literature of inactive
records.
The conclusion of this final report are the records management in
Subbagian Tata Usaha Kantor Pertanahan Kota Yogyakarta has not been
implemented well because there is nothing human resources that have skill in
records management. Implementing of records organization with desentralisation
system and a lot of records is important records. However, employees trying to
manage the inactive records properly and utilize the facilities that support the
inactiverecords storage.
