Summary: | This graduating paper entitled �The Method of Development and
Employee Training at PT. Komitrando Emporio Yogyakarta�. This study aims to
describe the method of development and employee training at PT. Komitrando
Emporio Yogyakarta. This company is dealing with manufacture in Internasional
scale which produces Adidas Branded Bag in Yogyakarta.
The methods of this study are data collection from company and interview
with company�s staffs. In addition the literature study was done by reading the
book related to the topic. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that
development and training at the PT. Komitrando is divided into two methods, they
are on the job training and off the job training. Development and training were
carried out depend on the needs of the company and the employees. In the
implementation of these activities are still some problems. One of them are the
lack of awareness from employee of the importance of development and training
beside that, a method cannot be implemented to all employees in the same
situation for the same result. |
