| Summary: | This final report has written for knowing and increasing knowledge about the personal file especially personal file in the Faculty of Cultural Sciences Gadjah Mada University.The discussion on this final reports was started from a definition of personal file it self. Then discussed the state of personal file before arrangement. Next, discussed about personal files arrangementthat and which file that include to personal file started from the storing, and grouping, arranging, making the file list and the is the storage process. Besides that also discussed about facility necessary for the arrangement personal file. The last discussing is the constraints faced in the arrangement personal file
This final report uses three methods to obtain data. The first method is the study of the literature that comes from the book references, regulations or the internet as a reference to comparison between theory and practice. The second method is the interview. This interview was conducted to obtain information from sources that are competent in their field. Next the third method is observation participants. The authors engage directly into the office to get an idea of arrangement personal files.
The conclusion of this report is the personal file in Seksi Administrasi, Keuangan dan Umum Faculty of Cultural Sciences Gadjah Mada University was pretty nice. But still need to do more arrangement especially down in the archive. This is important for information and physical archives stay awake so that it can be utilized as it should be.
