Summary:Hotelier industry is growing rapidly. So with the hotel development that growing rapidly, Sejahtera Family Hotel and Apartment Yogyakarta, as a one of the three star hotel, provide the best service for guests both individual or group. Mostly guests who visited to Sejahtera Family Hotel and Apartment Yogyakarta are from group guests. Therefore, all Hotel Department try to give the best service for guest, especially Food and Beverage Department. Department which has responsible for food and beverage provider apply buffet service to make service for guest guests in large numbers easier The purpose of this research is to know the tasks of the Food and Beverage Department in implementing the buffet menu. In addition there are also problems and solutions when applying the buffet menu, also coordination among all Departments when receiving group guests. The visit of the group guest is one of the biggest revenue contributors for hotel because each visitation of group guest the amount of funds obtained can reach tens million rupiah. As the reason that make Se Sejahtera Family Hotel and Apartment Yogyakarta always be nice place for group guests to do the tourism activities.
