The purpose of this graduating paper is to explore the potential cultural heritage which is Kembang Waru cake from Kota Gede, Yogyakarta. This cake is from ancient Mataram Kingdom which was a favorite cake of nobility. Other purposes are to know the making process of Kembang Waru cake and explain about the ingredient, the tools, and the step needed.
