| description | Quest Hotel Solo is category of high rise building, it is height
approximately 76.650 m or more of the requirements of high rise building that is
24 m, the number of floors with 22 floors and is equipped with a ballroom and
swimming pool facilities. Implementation of this project using materials that
have been fabrication strategies, such as use of materials wiremesh and
formwork lico, the point that the job quickly resolved, especially the work
structure, and also to make it more efficient.
Use of Microsoft Project for managing time here than any existing work,
especially the work structure, that is able to complete projects on time and meet
the planned target. Due to the delay in coming materials, and inadequate power,
make a schedule and work structure setbacks. At the monthly progress, the
target job must be completed by 41.823% and the realization of the field is
37.666%. Delay seen in the structure of work in the field, this job was supposed
to date the structure has reached the 11th floor, while the structure of the work is
still on the floor 9.
Some ways are also made to overcome delays, one of which is to
increase the working hours or increase working time (overtime). Less qualified
workers is replaced with other workforce training or experience in doing the job
structure. |
