| Summary: | Filed work practice and its report are intended to add author knowledge on
procedure of foundation establishment. The second objective is to give author experience
on practice in working world, particularly in notary office.
Result of field work practice indicated that, first, foundation establishment should
be made in authentic deed by notary in which the parties should submit application for
foundation establishment deed to notary. Authentic deed should be made in Bahasa
Indonesia that contain article of association and should obtain legalization from the
Minister to get status as legal entity according to provision in the law. Second, theories
taught in course have suit working practice particularly in notary office about procedure of
foundation establishment. |
