| description | This research is about fund allocation policy natural resource for forestry in
Central Kalimantan. As one of the producing province, the Provincial Government
Central Kalimantan each year to get funds transfer from the Central fund natural
resource for forestry. One of the impacts on natural resources exploitation forestry is
the occurrence of critical land. Based on these issues, research was meant to know
how implementation of the policy budget allocation for natural resources for forestry
in Central Kalimantan and what factors that influence on conservation efforts of land
in Central Kalimantan. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative
research. Data Collection will be maintained by means interview and the
documentation data that are relevant policy issues related to the budget for natural
resources for forestry and conservation of land.
Results of the study showed that in order to see the use of funds from natural
resources for forestry, it can be seen from the implementation APBD Central
Kalimantan. The budget was natural resource for forestry program aims to increase
regional revenue to participate in supporting development sectors areas. On the other
hand, there was no regulation or rules regarding use of funds for the result which is
derived from IIUPH and PSDH was also be a problem for forestry sector in the effort
to support forestry development program.
In the policy budget in Central Kalimantan main priority for regional
development is in infrastructure. Support The Government of Central Kalimantan on
conservation efforts of land is in the forest and land rehabilitation derived from the
regional budget. While out of the Reforestation Fund FLR activities that would be
resistance is (1) DR fully only for the activity FLR and there is no budget stage
further maintenance |
