For this reason, many hotels and apartments have been built in Yogyakarta. One such
development is done by PT. Saraswanti indoland development. PT. Saraswanti indoland
pioneered the development of a dwelling that can be used as a source of investment that
is at once comfortable residential condotel Mataram city and is equipped with the
ballroom in the design of the roof structure with structural steel truss. The aims of this
study is to determine the structural strength of the truss were optimal and efficient.
The methodology used in this research is LRFD methods then analyzed using SAP
software to determine the strength of truss structuress
Analysis of the results truss section profil and truss configuration, affect the strength of
