| Summary: | Marriage is a sacred thing for people who live through it. The purpose of marriage
among them is to form a harmonious family atmosphere that can form a happy
towards the realization of tranquility, comfort for spouses and family members.
However, it is undeniable that in a family there must be a difference of opinion
among family members, which in turn can lead to the break up. In the current era
of globalization, a strong supporter of that influence people's behavior and the
strength of the western information or communication via social networking
virtual world like facebook, twitter, chat, and so affect the marriage and divorce
reasons.
Job purpose of the implementation of this practice are: (1) to fulfill the graduation
requirements of the Diploma 3 Program UGM Vocational School of Law and
earned her Associate Expert Law and (2) describe the process of a divorce suit on
the grounds of infidelity and explain the legal effect of the decision on divorce
lawsuit in Bantul District Court. The benefit of this practice is the Job as a study
material in developing the service activities divorce suit better for society.
The results of the writing of a divorce lawsuit in Bantul District Court shows that
the Plaintiff (wife) filed for divorce to the defendant (husband) as often happens
quarrel or dispute between the plaintiff and defendant. This is due to the defendant
often cheating and liquor drinkers. As a result of the defendant to pay the legal
costs incurred in this case amounted to Rp 440.000,00 (four hundred and forty
thousand dollars).
