| Summary: | Nowadays the development of human science is developing so fast. As a
result to face this condition, a balance is needed, especially in the field of
education. The importance of the legal profession in Indonesia today will
determine the quality of the state.
Notary and PPAT is one of the legal professions which the presence is
needed in the society especially in processing authentic deeds which we know is
very important. An example of deed which is made by Notary is deed of grant
stock which is usually contained in the companies that have been recognized as a
legal entity. The grant is a freely gift and voluntarily from someone who is still
alive. Grant can be done with the pillars of the grant which is the existence of the
grantor, grantee, and the objects or items/objects donated.
Bequest is one of the legal acts. Stock is an intangible/disembodied
moving object where stocks are categorized as receivable accounts or rights, with
regard to Article 511.3 of the Civil Code, this stock is included as moving object
because it is a sum of money that can be billed.
