| Summary: | One of the problems exist in irrigation system performance that is hitting
maintenance and operation. Execution of maintenance and operation which not
yet as according to guidance of maintenance and operation of irrigation network
cause do not flatten it distribution irrigate at every irrigation area, added with
existence of commutation of authority of Klaten Regency become Province
Central Java cause the happening of change at performance index in irrigation
area of Plosowareng.
Existence of evaluation and monitoring, hence will be able to know by
goodness do not it irrigation system in irrigation area of Plosowareng. Activity of
evaluation and monitoring concerning irrigation system performance will make
irrigation system performance remain to awake and amount of water required earn
fufilled. Relate at Regulation Of Minister Republic Of Indonesia Number 20 year

included in unfavourable criterion. Based to analysis with Fuzzy Set Theori,
