evaluation and monitoring concerning irrigation system performance will make
irrigation system performance remain to awake and amount of water required earn
fufilled. Relate at Regulation Of Minister Republic Of Indonesia Number 20 year
2006 about Irrigation at section 65 hitting management of containing irrigation
asset that management of irrigation asset include, cover stocktaking, planning of
management, execution of management, and evaluation.
Based to result of from evaluation and monitoring make an index to
irrigation system performance in irrigation area of Plosowareng in 5 natural the
last year of trend which enough have fluctuation. Based to analysis use form
Make An Index To Performance System Irrigation at Blank Enclosure Regulation
Of Minister Public Work Of Number 32/PRT/M/2007, irrigation system
performance index in irrigation area of Plosowareng in the year 2009 until 2013
included in unfavourable criterion. Based to analysis with Fuzzy Set Theori,
indicator most dominant that is at productivity plant. While indicator is not
dominant that is at supporter medium.
