In this study, the data samples were taken from the self-managed teams of the head office of PT Pertamina in Jakarta. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using a survey form, which was in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression methods (multiple regressions).
The results showed that the two variables representing the role of social networks, namely the instrumental network density and the expressive network density had a significantly positive effect on the perception of procedural justice climates in PT Pertamina�s self-managed teams. This study also showed that the instrumental network density had more effect and higher significance than the expressive network density on the perception of procedural justice climates in PT Pertamina�s self-managed teams.
