description This research discusses about the changes of meaning of English loanwords that are found in Skripshit: Kisah Sesat Mahasiswa Abadi novel written by Alitt Susanto. Loanword are words that are borrowed from other languages and adopted into a certain language. The loanwords can have changes from their original meanings, or still preserve them. The goal of this research is to reveal the changes of meaning of English loanwords in Skripshit novel. This research will only focus on semantic aspect. In the changes of meaning, there are three types of changes that occur, namely broadening, narrowing and shift. The research method used in this research was qualitative method. The data were taken from Alitt Susanto�s novel entitled Skripshit. The result of the research shows that there are: one word categorized as broadening, sixty words categorized as narrowing, and five words categorized as shift.
