paper explains about how music can be considered to enter of music chart of
Geronimo the Weekly TOP40.
The methods of collecting data are direct observation, interviews, and
library research. Direct observation is conducted for about one month to know
about the management function of the music director in Geronimo FM in process
of selecting, editing, and compiling music from March 10th, 2014 � March 21st,
2014. Interview with the music director of Geronimo FM is carried out to get data
and information about the music director in Geronimo FM. Meanwhile, the library
and internet research are done to collect some additional information to enrich the
data.
The result of the research concludes that the music director handles all of
music in Geronimo FM. The music director of Geronimo FM, Awang
Adjiewasita, has management function of planning, organizing, influencing, and
controlling to manage all of the duty. The management function is used to finish
the deadline on time. |
