Summary:Etawa goat milk powder products which are in demand in the market is still lacking because there are several factors or criteria issues related to a product that is less attractive to consumers. In this research several raw materials are combined to get powdered milk product in accordance with the criteria of the consumer. This research are using material combination of soybean and etawa goat milk and bee pollen as a supplement or nutritional support. This research was conducted in order to obtain the factors, sub-factors and powder milk alternative combinations according to consumer perceptions using method of Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) and financial feasibility analysis of best alternative product. the product was expected that it can be applied into a household scale industries. From the research that has been done, the factors and sub-factors: taste (sweet 30% and 50%), packaging (packaging design and information), weight (100-200 g and > 200 g), the smell of milk (soy milk and goat's milk ), and color (white and yellowish white). The result of the calculation (AHP), namely: a sense of priority factor (41,07%), a factor alternate Mix Soy Milk taste priority A (43,56%), a factor alternate packaging Soy Milk Mix C (42,23%), heavy alternative factor Soy Milk Mix A (42,23%), a factor alternate scents Soy Milk Mix B (48,55%), and a factor alternate colors Soy Milk Mix A (52,51%). Alternative product, namely Soy Milk Mix A (65% of soy, 35% etawa goat milk, and 5 grams of bee pollen) (43,76%), Soy Milk Mix B (50% of soy, 50% etawa goat milk and 5 grams bee pollen) (29,57%), and soy Milk Mix C (35% of soy, 65% etawa goat milk, and 5 grams of bee pollen) (26,94%). The results of a financial feasibility analysis of priority alternative product, Analysis Break Even Point (BEP) 751 packs per year, payback period (PBP) in the first period has a value of Rp 808.264.000, net present value (NPV) of Rp. 2.965.847.244 (positive), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) above 60%, Benefit / Cost Ratio (B / C ratio) is 1,012 greater than 1, the results of all calculations performed financially viable from the design industry and will bring profits in the future
