Summary: | Many hotels stand in different corners in Yogyakarta. More hotels stand
in Yogyakarta, more employees is needed. To work so there it is based on an
employment agreement. Working agreement for a specified time is the
employment agreement between the workers/laborers with employers to conduct
labor relations within a certain time or for a specific job. Working relationship
between employers and employees in Dusun Jogja Village Inn Hotel Yogyakarta
based on the working agreements. This working agreement is Employee
Agreement Contract. In practice, there are things that are overlooked by
employers.
Research used in the preparation of this writing was juridical empirical
law. The author conducted two (2) kinds of research namely the library research
and field research. The method of data analysis used in this study was qualitative.
Data obtained were presented descriptively, by explaining and describing the
implementation of the employment agreement and the reasons of work agreement
between employers and employees in Dusun Jogja Village Inn Hotel Yogyakarta
using the form employment agreement with specific time.
The implementation of employment agreement was compliance and it was
accordance with the provisions governing the employment agreements,
particularly related to the implementation of the agreement. Legislation was used
was the Civil Code and the Law on Employment. The reasons for making
agreements between employers and employees working in Dusun Jogja Village
Inn Hotel Yogyakarta used only PKWT form it was only because a management
reason so it was not an acceptable reason to use PKWT form. It is advisable for
employers that they should obey and comply more the provisions governing the
employment agreement that is in the legislation in force in making the work
agreement for the company. Employers should bind employees with PKWTT.
Employees should have known the provisions governing the employment
agreement that is in the legislation in force before the employee making
employment agreement with the employer. This mean that what the rights granted
by the provisions related to employees were not violated. |
