| description | This final project discusses The Media Shifting Of Textual Archive Into Microfilm In Badan Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah DKI Jakarta particularly the shifting proccess, resource, and the benefit of the shifting it self. The purpose of this project is to improve the quality of informations secrecy and as a back-up data when the archive is physically demaged or lost.
The method or collecting data is divided into three parts. The first method is observation, it is conducted to obtain data of certain problem in order to gain the understanding and verification of the previously obtained information. The second is interview which was conduted by asking the source with prepared primary questions. The information and data which has been obtained through the interview is used to complete and clarify the observation result. The last is literature study which is a method of thorough research of scitific records, reports, magazine, law, and government policy of the archive, article and websites.
The primary conclusion of this final project is that the implementation of the media shifting has been well-practiced according to the procedure. The obstacle of the implementation it self was handled easily. It is because the shifting proccess is supported with sufficient resource. So, the main hindrance of implementation of media shifting is when the machine was demaged and the limited human resource to handle the media shifting. |
