Work Practices which did at DinasPariwisatadanKebudayaan Kota
Yogyakarta.Practice this field work has the objective to find out how the processing
of photo archive. The scope of the problem, among others, regarding the facilities and
infrastructure processing to arrange photograph archive, and problems were found
when processing the photo archive.
Methods used in this research are condueted through interviews, participation
observation, and literature study. The interviews are intended to complete the
incomplete data and getting more complete information from professional expert in
their field. In the implementation of fieldwork practice is conducted observation and
direct participation in processing of photo archive in DinasPariwisatadanKebudayaan
Kota Yogyakarta. Literatur study method is an implementation of literature research
which intended to answer the research problem or collecting information relevant to
the topic of final project.
The conclusion of this graduating paper is that the processing of photo archive
in DinasPariwisatadanKebudayaan Kota Yogyakarta is not fully consistent with
archival acience, it is due to the limited human resources and supporting facilities
with the result that the administration activities in the institution becomes disturbed.
