During the translation process, the writer use a communicative method. It is a method that keeps the contextual meaning of the source language, so the target language will be easy to understand by the readers.
The short story wich title is �Nodo ga Kawaita� tells about a childhood story of a litle boy who lived in a dormitory. They were thirsty and fought for water because the lived in a barren place. The second story, �Ame Tama� tells about a mother and her childrens who met a samurai on a ship.
The moral value of �Nodo ga Kawaita� are: we must be friendly with others and respect to others. While, the moral value of the second story �Ame Tama� are: do not judge a book by its cover and we must share with others. |
