The certificate is important to increase community forests selling quality. Workers from community forests do not have enough budgets in making certificates. Therefore groups of land workers are made later to form a cooperative company which is expected to help in making the certificate. However, the information about the company in managing community forests is limited. The company requires further assessment for the role and each stakeholder to execute the timber certification. The purpose of analysis is to know the model of timber certification management in the institution. This analysis takes place in Koperasi Kostajasa located in Kabupaten Kebumen. It uses in-depth interview method to some stakeholders that directly involved in the timber certification institution. Other additional datas are taken from the institutional documents. The result of analysis shows community forests certification institutional program is yet lacking. Community forests certification management is still individual. The lack information of how important the certification causes the program does not work properly. The institution has not yet stand independent in terms of funding the community forests certification program. Koperasi Kostajasa cannot extend the certification program which ended on June 1st 2014 due to lack of funding.
