| Summary: | ABSTRACT : Research on the \"Implementation of the Partnership Agreement\"
Yogya Chicken \"Yogyakarta\" aims to determine the implementation of the
partnership agreement, the partnership with the franchise as well as comparisons
to determine the position of the rights and obligations of the parties in the
implementation of the partnership agreement. Research using empirical methods
normative approach. The data and information obtained from library research and
field research. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The results are presented in
descriptive qualitative research. This study concluded that the implementation of
the partnership agreement \"Yogya Chicken\" Yogyakarta fail to qualify into the
franchise agreement and the position of the rights and obligations of the parties
has not been balanced.
INTISARI : Penelitian tentang �Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kemitraan �Yogya
Chicken� Yogyakarta� bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dari perjanjian
kemitraan, perbandingan kemitraan dengan waralaba serta untuk mengetahui
kedudukan hak dan kewajiban para pihak dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian kemitraan
tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan normatif empiris. Data dan
informasi diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Data
hasil penelitian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian disajikan secara
deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan
perjanjian kemitraan �Yogya Chicken� Yogyakarta tidak dapat dikualifikasikan ke
dalam perjanjian waralaba dan kedudukan hak dan kewajiban para pihak belum
seimbang. |
